First after the joys of Project Ride Show the band of merry men headed over to GS-T to see Roy get tuned. Bryan allways does a great job, and with only a few small bolt ons there was a over 40HP jump from the OEM maps.

Saturday, after dealing with 2 hours of sleep, I decided to head out to a small gathering at Le Mans Karting in Freemont. It was put on by the folks at Project Ride, and there was to be a car show, cheep karting(g00d thing) music and food. 3 of the 4 aint bad. The car show it self was a little thin with just my club and some Hondas showing up. The good side of this was that I got in a lot of cheep karting and there was more food to go around than people.

Fuji Speedway 2008 Track Shots

Nothing much going on, just a little parking lot pimping with the Evo Empire/Emperor crew.

This is what I get to paint over the next few days.

I was going to try and make it out there this weekend, it looks as if they are going to hold some sort of 2 day competition at the track, but I am broke and have faimly in town. So it looks as if I will be working on the house all weekend.
But at least I am going to see Spam-a-lot Friday…I cant wait!

It looks as if the fact that they doesn’t suck puts Ford in a unique position to have some fun with advertising. I think it is VERY good that they are trying to reach out into the spocom sector to try and capture some of the market share they lost in the 80-90s. At least Ford is doing ok.

How can you not think this picture is beautiful?

As the roads here in urban areas of the US get more and more cloged, and gas prices go back up scooters will come back into voge. There was a blip in popularity last year when the gas prices hit all most $5.00 /gl. I will try and bring you the best in scooter design here as well.  And who can’t argue that a kitted out big scooter is cool!

Anyway here is Fabulous’s Honda to give you an idea of what a clean modded scooter can look like. The trend of tuning and dressing up scooters has been huge for quite some time in Japan. It is also a way of life in warmer European countries. I just have no idea what it hasn’t cought on in the state. I know there is a (wrong headed) stigma with scooters. But honestly they are a great way to get around on nice days, which a lot of the sun belt and SoCal has in spades.

So sit back and enjoy. I hope to find more cool scooter pics for you all to enjoy coming up.
