Thunderdrift//Mustache-Style Fulltrack Drift!

Missile drift cars were the word of the day.Its all good as it made for some fun action.

Then again there were some nice cars out there like this Turbo LSx powerd S14 from blu808 racing. This car sounds hella good on track.

Works, a Evo tuning shop at Sears Point Racway, was out in a RWD evo sorting it out. It was doing quite well and it still had the 4G63 in the OEM direction.
I am not a big fan of RWD conversions…but hey to each there own.

Zip Ties, Missing Parts, Body Damage, Smoke….hellz ya!.

Like most drift events in the US, 240sx and AE86s ruled the day. This example being mostly stock, but still the owner is having a bit of fun.

while I didn’t get it in this shot, the hood grafix on this car are…..interesting. At least some shops are using drifting to advertise there work and hey…stiff like this gets noticed.

The owner of this red SW20 MR2 was still getting a feel for the car. This is the first time I have seen it out. As you can see MR cars are a PITB to drift. I wish the owner the best of luck getting the hang of the car as it is great to see non 240sx/AE86 on track.

Yup, beater drift cars are in full force in norcal.

The Silvia front end on S13 to me always look classy. This black and White example is GTG.

and to end with, if my ears wern’t mistaken , a VQ powered S13. I wish I would have gotten an under hood shot of this car. Maybe next time.

You got to be a real man to rock a pink S13!
